The Senior Level 2 (Novice) team is being run in response to the huge turnout in 2010. The team is designed to help develop our senior athletes and see them advance up through the senior ranks in the gym.

The Senior Level 3 (Intermediate) team competes across Ontario and at some events in the United States. They are a great building block for athletes looking to improve their skills before making the jump up to the Senior Co-Ed Level 4 team.

The Senior Co-Ed Level 4 (Advanced) is the premier team at the Power Cheer Gym. This team has sharpened it's teeth in big US events (Nashville, Daytona, Baltimore, Myrtle Beach, Palm Springs) as well as locally and is the squad to come to for athletes that want to be travel and to be scouted to a collegiate cheer team. This team boasts athletes from all across Southwestern Ontario, with members traveling from St. Thomas, Simcoe, Chatham and as far south as Sarnia.
